Each month your surprise arrives in lovely packaging and includes up to five items designed to delight you and your partner. And it’s not just about things that vibrate – although we’re not saying you won’t feel a vibration or two. It’s about fun – trying new things, experimenting with new ways to enjoy each other. We’ve selected a variety of items that are fun and sensual. A: No two surprises are alike. When you order your first surprise - whether it's an Intro, a 3 month or more - we keep track of the items you've received. That way when you order again we make sure you'll always recieve something unexpected. Doesn't matter if you order another surprise two weeks after your first one or two years. You're sure to still be surprised.
Q: How will I know if I'll like my surprise?
A: I'll never forget one Christmas when John handed me a beautifully wrapped box with my name on it. The box was huge, so big that I couldn't imagine what was inside, but I just knew it had to be amazing. I carefully pulled off the ribbon and slipped my fingers inside the wrapping paper, lifting off the lid to discover... towels? Yep. Two bath towels. Beige, to be exact. The big kind.
Would I ever, in a million years, have asked for two large bath towels for Christmas? Um, no. Would I have recommended that someone get their wife bath towels for Christmas? Not if I liked them. Q: What's a one month trial membership?
A: We thought that just maybe some people might want to test the waters before signing up for a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. And while we'd love to begin getting monthly surprises delivered to our doorstep right away, we understand that a trial membership may suit others who want to take it one step at a time. So we created a one month trial membership that lets you do just that. Once you've discovered how great it is to get a surprise, and how wonderful the items are, we hope you'll sign up for a longer membership. Because there are way more surprises than just that first month!
Q: What if I need to cancel my membership?
A: We understand that things change. We also understand that our membership might not be for everyone. So if you decide to cancel your membership, just send us an email and let us know. You won't be billed for any unsent "surprises."

Q: I receive a package of surprises every month, when will they arrive??
A: As soon as you place your first order, it’s shipped right away. From there on, your surprise will be shipped as soon as your credit card is billed for that month. So you'll know it's on the way at the same time each month. This way you’ll know your window of opportunity, so to speak, but still maintain the element of surprise.
Q: Is shipping included, and speaking of shipping, what’s my surprise arrive in?
A: Each month your surprise arrives in a regular ol’ brown cardboard box. And the return address simply lists our parent company name (MSP, Inc.) and our address. Nothing splashy, nothing to get your nosy neighbor worked up over.
Shipping is not included in the base monthly subscription price, but we’ve done our best to select a method that is reliable and cost-effective to keep shipping costs as low as possible. After all, the surprise shouldn’t be the amount you’re paying to get your surprise to your doorstep. Shipping fees will be calculated when you check out. If you're shipping to Canada or the UK, there will be a slightly higher shipping charge due to, well, you know, they're different countries.
Q: What if I like a product I received in my surprise and want to order more?
